3D Printing Session

Activity Description

3D printing is an advanced manufacturing process that creates three-dimensional objects from a digital file, adding material layer by layer. The sessions are open to students, teachers, and STEM enthusiasts of all ages interested in exploring 3D printing technology. No prior experience is required. The sessions are designed for beginners and provide step-by-step guidance. We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable and eco-friendly filament, for printing projects. Participants will learn: a. Basics of 3D modeling using software. b. How to prepare files for 3D printing. c. Operation of 3D printers. d. Troubleshooting and maintenance tips. Safety guidelines, including handling the printer and materials safely, are shared at the beginning of each session. Our team is always present to assist and guide during the session.
